Special Development Customers
Cubic Defense Applications - Another long standing customer and a key defense contractor to the British Army. iTrack developed a gateway to link the Cubic Area Weapons Effect training System to the Loki Server. Loki Clients serve as the mobile situational awareness tools for British Army Observer/Controllers who manage training exercises in the UK and Canada. iTrack also provided a series of software upgrades and special applications developments.
QinetiQ - Formerly the UK Defense Research Agency, and another long standing customer. iTrack developed a gateway to link simulation system to Loki Server. Loki Clients are used to display simulated entities together with live entities. Live entities are also moved back into the simulation environment. iTrack has also been involved in the development of terrain databases for QinetiQ. iTrack recently developed a hand held version of the Loki Client for QinetiQ, using an iMate JAM GPRS phone as the platform.
PB Farradyne - Under contract to the City of Calgary. iTrack developed a wireless gateway between the MIST traffic control system and the distributed traffic light controllers. Modem hardware used was from Cypress Solutions. The network was the 1XRTT network from Telus Mobility.
The British Army - iTrack developed a web based product called "Observations". This enables trainers, who are mobile, to enter their observations through connected laptops. These are later retreived from their database for after action review and analysis.
Internal - iTrack developed phone based trackers, using GPS equipped mobile phones. This began with iDEN phones, and has continued through Windows Mobile phones and Blackberry phones. Others are under development.
